In light of the global Coronavirus situation, we are offering these additional Terms & Conditions starting 23rd March. These will apply until the situation is no longer considered a pandemic.
For added security, all deposits paid are fully transferable for up to 60 days prior to your arrival!
By paying a small deposit upfront, you can rest assured that your dream holiday is fully booked and you won’t have to pay the remaining balance until closer to the time.
The full balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival, however the whole amount remains transferable if either:
a) You have to cancel your holiday due to being diagnosed with Covid-19
b) There are travel restrictions that prohibit you attending your holiday
c) Our resort is closed due to government regulations
If any of the above apply, we will offer you a credit for up to 12 months to use against another holiday date. This will be transferable if you personally can’t attend the holiday. This credit can be used for 12 months from the original holiday start date.
Please note that the range and provision of facilities and services on offer may vary from that which is advertised due to Government guidance and directives, and the requirements of social distancing measures for both Guests and Staff.
