Royal Westmoreland Fractional Ownership is a freehold title ownership, held in trust by First National Trustee Limited (FNTC), providing unparalleled security and re-saleability. Fractional ownership in Barbados enables you to purchase a pre-agreed amount of time in one of our properties each year. Under the agreement, you’ll own a specific property for a specific period during the year, making the most of our world-class amenities as well as enjoying the long-term benefits of owning a villa.
We have a wide range of properties available for fractional ownership, covering one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom apartments, our three-bedroom Golf Villas and our two-bedroom Golf Cottages.
You’ll also have flexibility over when you choose to stay. Our internal exchange programme, known as ‘Par Points,’ enables you to store up or change your time with us. This way, you can enjoy unencumbered access, even in the case of unforeseen changes to your schedule.
Your fractional ownership shares in your chosen Royal Westmoreland villa will be fully transferrable, sellable and willable, giving you complete control.
