Owner Michael Vaughan Takes To The Dance Floor

Royal Westmoreland

Former Ashes winning England cricket captain and owner at Royal Westmoreland, Michael Vaughan is also taking to the dance floor of the popular TV show, BBC One’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.

Teamed up with the Australian professional dancer Natalie Lowe, the batsman will be put through his paces over the coming weeks.

As reported in the Sunday Telegraph he says: “The only dance floors I know are sticky, with Guinness all over them. I always said never in a million years. I simply had no vision of me dancing. I always watched it with the family but I’d think, ‘Oh my God, how can people possibly learn to do all that?’”

His change of heart was down to watching footballer Robbie Savage who won over the audience on last year’s show.

Royal Villa No.22, a three bedroom villa, previously owned by Michael is currently on the market for £928,000.

The spacious 2,520 sq ft detached villa has a large family size pool and sea views. An open plan kitchen, dining and living room lead directly onto a wide balcony on the upper floor, from which cooling breezes and stunning views can be enjoyed. The three en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower level.

Michael traded up from this villa four years ago and now owns a larger four bedroom villa in the Palm Grove area of the estate.
