Our recently completed hamlet of Golf Cottages comprises six, fully furnished, detached properties, each with two en-suite bedrooms and open plan living area with fully equipped Miele kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a private, covered patio with built-in barbecue where you can bask in the sunshine, cooled by the Trade Winds, or tuck into your favourite alfresco dishes.
The cottages are centred around a communal leisure pool which is for the exclusive use of the cottages’ owners and guests. Each home is surrounded by private gardens and offers excellent views of the signature 12th green of our beautiful golf course and the Caribbean that lies beyond.
The most recent development at Royal Westmoreland, our five Golf Villas offer contemporary living in a property designed to meet the aesthetic tastes of the modern villa owner. Each villa is light, spacious and completely comfortable, boasting a generous, open plan living space with stylish modern kitchen featuring the latest Smeg appliances. Sliding doors open to a covered veranda from where you can access and take a refreshing dip in the communal, saltwater pool.
The villas have three bedrooms, two spacious rooms on the first floor and a guest room on the ground floor. There are also two bathrooms, a walk-in closet and a shared, glass-wrapped balcony. Southwest facing, the bedrooms and balcony offer fantastic vistas of the Royal Westmoreland estate and the glorious Caribbean Sea.
For those who prefer a more traditional style of Caribbean property, the Royal Apartments offer the opportunity to fractionally own a stately apartment featuring exquisite colonial architecture.
There is a choice of one to four bedrooms, ranging from 830 sq. ft. single bedroomed apartments to 2,800 sq. ft. four-bedroomed penthouses. Royal Palm Villa
We currently have one Royal Palm Villa available for fractional ownership. Located by the 17th tee of our championship golf course, this unique property benefits from four spacious, en-suite bedrooms, two of which are master suites, one with a private study and views of the pool and gardens, and the other with a private veranda and sitting area.
The large, open-plan living area features a travertine stone floor, vaulted ceiling and full-width glass doors leading to the covered veranda and pool. Internally, you’ll also discover an open-plan designer kitchen with uninterrupted views to the pool and terrace and which features white granite worktops, large island and Miele appliances. Alfresco dining is available in the covered veranda where you’ll also find a built-in barbecue.
Externally, the villa has a sizable 41ft by 12ft pool which features a shallow sun lounger area where two sunbeds rest above the cooling water. The generous, partially covered pool deck offers relaxed outdoor living, with space for a dining table and plenty of sun loungers.
