We don’t operate set arrival dates. You can arrive and depart on any day.
Our check in time is from 4pm and check out is 12 noon – early check in and late check outs are available on request and are subject to charges.
For group bookings or bookings of more than one property please call our reservations team we will try to allocate properties close together.

You or any member of your party may cancel your booking, or part of it, once it has been confirmed, but the instructions will only be valid if put in writing and signed by the person who made the booking i.e. the lead name on the booking. These written instructions should go direct to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To compensate us for the expense of processing your booking and for the risk that we may not be able to resell the holiday, we charge a cancellation fee on the scale shown below. The amount payable (by whoever confirmed the booking) depends on when we receive your written instructions the more notice you give, the less we will charge.
If you have to cancel for reasons covered by any additional separate insurance policy, you should be able to recover your cancellation charges: Cancellation charge as a % of total holiday cost 61 days or more prior to arrival -25% of total booking value, 60 -31 days prior to arrival -50% of total booking value 30 days or less prior to arrival -100% of total booking value.

No charge for debit cards.
Visa & Master Card and are subject to a fee of 2% being added to the booking and American Express 3%.
A full conciege service is offered to assist you with your on Travel Plans, Car Hire, Chef/Cook Services, Dining Requirements, Babysitting services, Activities on and off resort, Spa treatments – the list is endless just ask.

As soon as your complete your online booking an automated email confirmation will be sent to you.
No other paperwork will be issued unless you have only paid a balance of the holiday amount.
The reservations department will require arrival information (flight times, guest names) before your arrival date please call or email our bookings team with these details.

Tee times can be reserved 7 days in advance. Tee times are available every ten minutes from 7am (except from 10am to 11am daily Sunday to Friday) to book a tee time please contact our pro shop on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Guest card information
On arrival you will need to register a credit card (Master card or Visa only) against your property. You will then be issued with an individual unique estate card which will be used throughout your stay to pay for golf, food, spa etc… Your final bill will need to be settled in full on check out by card payment only.
