A very modern mews

Back in the 17thcentury, Barbados developed quite a sweet tooth. After years of using the island’s sugar cane for feeding stock, fuel and in the rum-making process, we started exporting sugar to the world.

Soon, it had overtaken cotton and tobacco as Barbados’s main trade and before long the island had become one of the most attractive British colonies in the world.

Fast forward 400 years and we’ve celebrated this life-changing crop in the naming of our Sugar Cane Mews development of eight ultra-exclusive properties in one of the most sought-after locations on the island.

Next to the first tee on the Royal Westmoreland golf course, and with easy access to the clubhouse, The Sanctuary pool and gym, and the Rum Shak bar, these elegant, contemporary homes have uninterrupted views of the sea and golf course.

Plus, as a result of Brexit, these have been priced in GBP, so you can be sure of the price you’ll pay for your home at Royal Westmoreland, whatever happens to exchange rates.
