Royal Westmoreland’s Elite Guest Services are included as standard with all direct holiday villas and apartments to ensure that during your stay on this exclusive resort, you can disregard the responsibilities of everyday duties. These dedicated personal services combine luxury hotel services within the privacy of your own supreme Caribbean villa or apartment.
Upon arrival at the resort, guests can enjoy privileged immediate access to villas and apartments. All villas and apartments are delivered with a courtesy welcome pack consisting of the necessary ingredients required to settle in prior to stocking up with guests preferred goods.
Dedicated Housekeeper
On a daily basis** throughout your stay, dedicated housekeepers will tend to the washing, drying and pressing of all clothing*, bed linen and towels as well as maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa to your requirements. Housekeeping services are most unobtrusive and discreet being carried out without any disturbances to guests whatsoever.
All guests need do is enjoy a Caribbean luxury vacation and forget about any tedious tasks. Your personal hostess is on hand to exclude any responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on the complete indulgences of enjoyment and relaxation.

On arrival at Royal Westmoreland luxury resort, the professional Concierge team will promptly direct guests to villas, following swiftly to complete the ‘in villa check in’ service allowing immediate property access without the delays.
The experienced Concierge team will be conveniently on hand throughout your time at Royal Westmoreland by direct dial from your villa. The team will be at guest’s disposal to carry out the simplest and even most extra special requests. Concierge can recommend a variety of activities to accommodate interests including diving, island tours, luxury cruises, shopping, catamaran trips and can even arrange an individual Chef to visit your villa on an ‘as and when required’ basis should guests be hosting evening dinner with company, or simply seeking expertly prepared fine dining in the comfort of your own villa. Reservations for your favourite restaurants are a popular request; seasoned visitors to Barbados will know the famous ‘Cliff’ restaurant renowned worldwide. In short, whatever our guests need, Royal Westmoreland Concierge can deliver.
