Saturday night at Royal Westmoreland can only mean one thing - it's time to turn up the heat for barbeque night at the Rum Shak.
Each weekend a chef prepares a feast of meats, chicken and local fish, as well as a wide selection of fresh salads for a self-service BBQ, Barbados style. The chef is always keen to point out his special hot sauce - an essential element of any Bajan meal!
Nestled next to the estate's tennis courts, the Rum Shak offers a relaxed atmosphere and is the ideal place to meet with friends to enjoy a rum punch or two.
During the summer season (until 15th December) the Rum Shak is open each week from Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30pm - 10.30pm, with a 6-7pm Happy Hour from Wednesday to Friday.
