Introducing New Executive Chef Sylvan Griffith

New Chef at Royal Westmoreland

I am delighted to introduce chef Sylvan Griffith as our new executive chef. Sylvan brings 28 years of experience gained in restaurants and resorts all over the world as well as admirable leadership skills.

He previously worked for us as a Sous Chef, a number of years ago and went on to manage fine dining and banqueting in hotels and resorts such as Club Med, and The Hilton and Crystal Cove in Barbados.
