Shooting the perfect score

Royal Westmoreland’s resident golf pro Roger Beale has played on the Canadian Tour and represented Barbados in the 2006 World Cup of Golf.

Here he offers some tips to help improve your game and determination to succeed.

“When you’re starting to play golf it’s hard not to get lost in the sea of experts that are around every corner. I’m talking about those friends who can’t hit the ball without risk of causing personal injury!

The best piece of advice I can give to someone starting to play golf is develop patience. And for those who have been playing for years its simple – if you’re not paying attention to detail, then it’s time you did. Golf is a detail-oriented sport.”

If you’d like to improve your game then Roger is a great place to start. It won’t take long before his easy going attitude will help you relax and raise your game.

Roger believes that every golfer needs to be coached in a different manner according to their experience, build and physical capabilities. He will personalise each session so that you get the best results in the shortest time.

Golf lessons start at BDS$140/ £45 for a 30 minute individual lesson or you can book a family lesson for one hour for BDS$360/£116.
