A festival of music and a fusion of flavours

The Barbados Celtic Festival is a music festival celebrating the links between the Celtic Countries of Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Nova Scotia, the Gallic regions in Europe and the sunny Caribbean island of Barbados – folk music and flavours of food fused between all the countries.

Head chef, award winning Paul Wedgwood will cook up a storm, from Bajan haggis, made with local ingredients including the black belly sheep, to Caribbean Cranachan, a West Indian take on our Scottish version with cream, coconut, mango and rum replacing whisky, oats and raspberries, and loads more fine dining! May 26th – 29th
