Food and Beverage Update

With winter just around the corner our food and beverage team has taken the experience on resort to a new level. With a new Head Chef bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh take on the Club House and Beach Club Menus. We have also expanded our food and beverage offering to include breakfast at the Rum Shak and dinner at The Beach Club. Take a look at the menus here. 

New Sales Office

Barbados Food and Rum Festival

October brings the Barbados Food and Rum Festival from the 24th to the 27th where world class chefs and bar tenders will be sharing their secrets. This year the UK celebrity chef Tom Aikens joins in the festivities. Tom has been awarded 2 Michelin Stars while at Pied a Terre in Charlotte Street. If you miss this event you can always take a historical foodie tour with Lickrish when you are back in Barbados.

Mindful Living Barbados

For those looking to end the year with clean healthy living join in with Mindful Living Barbados which takes place November 22-24, 2019, held at Sweetfield Manor Boutique Hotel. Guest speakers and wellness activities will be on offer, allowing people from all over the world to have an experience that engages the mind, body, and soul. From farm-to-table eating to meditation, the goal of the wellness retreat is to allow guests to return back home with the knowledge learned in order to practice better stress management and personal well-being.
